Mitochondrial Quality Control in relation to Exercise in Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

¿¬±¸»çÁø1

We are investigating changes in the mitochondrial dynamics of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NFLD) by means of primary cell culture of exercised NFLD mouse model. In addition, mt-Keima mouse is being used for observing in-vivo mitochondrial mitophagy in connection with exercise. The mitochondrial respiration rate is measured as a function of mitochondria¡¯s performance with Seahorse analyzer.
